In stock items ship in 1-2 business days. Out of stock items usually ship within one week (Covid-19 safety policies may affect ship times). Look for an email with an expected ship date within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need an item by a certain date please contact the studio. The studio frequently closes for long weekends when exhibiting out of town. This will affect delivery times; see SHOWS for my schedule.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR PIECE:
One great thing about buying from an artist is the ability to customize your piece. Make it yours! Maybe you prefer a different finish, size, or type of chain. Don't hesitate to ask. Or perhaps you fell in love with a piece and you don't see it here. Again, ask me, it may be new and I just haven't added it yet.
Sometimes accidents happen. Did you lose an earring or wear that necklace while holding your toddler? Don't fret, I can fix it. Contact the studio to inquire about fees.
Shop with confidence knowing you can return an item within 7 days of receipt of your order; exchanges accepted after 7 days. All returned items must be unused, packed in the original packing materials, and insured for the full purchase amount. The studio is not responsible for return shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable.
